Entry to the school is by audition and interview only. Places are limited. To apply, please download an application form or contact us via e-mail, telephone or post.

Applicants will be advised of an audition and interview time by post.

AUDITION REQUIREMENTS
Auditions will be held in December 2005 and January 2006.
Applicants must be aged 17 years or over by the commencement of the course.

You will need to prepare for presentation:
Two (2) audition monologues of your own choice:
• one contemporary (after 1950), and
• one from a Shakespeare play.

Each piece should last no longer than 3 minutes.

After the audition, there will be a short interview during which you will have the opportunity to ask questions and demonstrate your commitment to a career in the performing arts industry.

Successful candidates will be notified by mail, and will be required to submit a 20% deposit to secure their place.

APPLICATION FEE

The application fee is $20 (inc GST). Please enclose a cheque or money order made out to Sydney Theatre School along with your application form.

COURSE FEES

COST: $1,800 per term (plus GST)
or
$4,950 per annum (plus GST) if paid in advance.
