STILL

Event Date: Nov 30 & Dec 1-2

STILL

still: /stɪl/ (adj.) (n.) (v.) (adv.) (arch.)

deep, motionless silence.
happening or existing before now and continuing into the present.
at or to a greater distance or degree.
used for saying that something remains true despite what you have just said or done, and thus validate your point.
steadily; constantly; always.
a series of monologues about wanting.

Winner of the 2003 Green Room Award for Best New Writing, Still explores the complexities of desire: discovering what you want, who you want it from, how to get what you want, why our wants change, and what happens in the tension between two people who want very different things.  Through eight glimpses of people in and out of relationships, this pensive and playful text is a timeless reminder that when it comes to each other, no-one really has it together…
