APPLICATION FORM REQUESTS

  1. Request a free application pack by filling in the on-line form
  2. You will receive this in the mail within 7 days
  3. Fill in the application form and attach a photo to the top right hand corner
  4. Enclose the $25 application fee 
  5. Post the application form to:

    PO Box 267
    GLEBE NSW 2037

NOTE: All applicants will be sent details of the time, location and how to best prepare for the audition. Interstate or overseas applicants may audition via video or DVD by request.
